My name is Jessica Ramelb of JR Doula. I’m so glad you’re here! I am an East Bay Area Native and currently reside in Martinez, Ca with my family. I have been a doula for the last two years and am passionate about supporting growing families. As a doula, I provide emotional, physical, and mental support during a powerful and transformative experience. I personally offer caring, compassionate, and research-based assistance for families as they journey through pregnancy, childbirth, and the early stages of parenthood. My approach brings comfort, expertise, and encouragement to families as they embrace a new chapter in life. I am dedicated to helping you achieve the birth and postpartum experience you envision. With over twelve years of experience as an early childhood educator, having worked with hundreds of families, along with my previous knowledge of the medical world from my three years as a student nurse, I bring a unique perspective to my role as a birth and postpartum doula. I have received training from DONA International and hold certifications in Child and Infant CPR as well as first aid. I support all birthing preferences and am committed to creating a safe and inclusive space for all families.
